Starting in mid 2011 Sole Nation Health began participated in the National Indian Health Wound Healing Model (NIHWHM) that has now been presented to several area Indian Health clinics and hospitals. The effort has been to show the overwhelming success in healing wounds, and saving limbs from amputation by utilizing a comprehensive wound care program. This program is currently being used with incredible success in Oklahoma Indian Health areas, and at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital, on the Gila River Nation in Arizona. And soon to be established at the Indian Health hospitals of the Pascua Yaqui Nation, and the Dine Nation hospital in Tuba City, both in Arizona.
